Argyle can now boast a place to enjoy Hawaiian food with the opening of Mo’Bettahs on Aug. 14.
The restaurant is located at 1228 FM 407 W, Suite 130, in Harvest Town Center, near the border between Argyle and Northlake, and is the chain’s 14th location in Texas.
Mo’ Bettahs is a fast-casual concept specializing in Hawaiian-style plate lunches, typically featuring a protein served with rice, salad and macaroni. Menu options include teriyaki chicken, teriyaki steak, kalua pig, pulehu chicken, katsu chicken and shrimp tempura.

The chain was founded in Utah in 2008 by brothers Kimo and Kalani Mack, who grew up on Oʻahu, Hawaii, and were inspired by the food they enjoyed during family gatherings and outdoor meals on the islands.
Since then, Mo’ Bettahs has grown to more than 75 restaurants across Utah, Idaho, Oklahoma, Texas, Nevada and Arizona.
In North Texas, the chain has locations in cities such as Frisco, Plano, McKinney, Fort Worth and now Argyle.

The restaurant is open Monday through Saturday from 10:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. It will be closed on Sundays.
