Celebrities, particularly Bieber and her friends, have been rewriting their own summer nail rules all season. Where milky pink, chrome nudes and baby blue hues once reigned supreme, bolder — arguably edgier — shades such as tomato red, midnight blue, plum and inky black have emerged.
