“It’s funny, you go to those HR meetings and you’re like, ‘Nobody on the road would last,'” Clarkson explained. “It’s just a different world. I was 19 on a bus with dudes. ‘What? I can’t do what?’ ‘Yeah, that’s completely inappropriate.'”

TheAmerican Idolalum—who has been open about her weight loss journey—joked that people “say dumb s–t,” such as advising others not to “comment if someone’s lost weight.”
“I’m like, b—h! You better write a memo about it, write a song about it,” Clarkson quipped as the crowd laughed and cheered. “I just think that’s so dumb. It makes people feel good when you say, ‘Oh, you look really good.’ And then people are like, ‘No, ’cause that means that you meant they did look really bad.'”
The Voicecoach then jokingly sang, “No more HR meetings!” before adding with a laugh, “I’m just kidding.”

But her coworkers weren’t thrilled about her presence in human retions
“Everyone actually hated doing HR meetings with me because I am a nerd,” she shared. “I would literally be like, ‘I’m sorry, so your example is …?’ I would stop the class and everyone would be like, ‘Can I do the meeting without Kelly?’ ‘Cause they’d have separate meetings, and everybody would opt out of any meeting I would be in.”
“I would just get into it because I feel like you need to get into it. You gotta protect everyone,” Clarkson added. “Anyway, I don’t have to do it anymore.”
In February, the 44-year-old revealed the news that her eponymous talk show will be coming to an end this fall after seven seasons.

“I think everybody gets the timing,” she explained in a February interview on Today. “Our family life, the dynamic changed a bit, and it has changed for a minute now. I think it’s one of those things like, you kind of start seeing life as how precious it is, too.”
And fans will still get the chance to watch Clarkson on the small screen. After all, she’sreturning as a coachfor season 30 of The Voicethis fall
