Former Alabama star and NFL cornerback Levi Wallace is officially saying goodbye to football
Wallace, who went undrafted in 2018, joined the Buffalo Bills and quickly became a force in Sean McDermott’s defense. After racking up 219 tackles, 30 pass break-ups and six interceptions during his time in Buffalo, he signed a two-year, $8 million contract with the Pittsburgh Steelers

Over the past two seasons, Wallace had brief stints with the Denver Broncos and Jacksonville Jaguars. Despite appearing in 13 games just two year ago, he believes it’s time for him to hang up his cleats
Wallace, 31, announced his retirement on Friday by posting a video on Instagram along with this caption: “Walk-on. Undrafted. 8 years. Retired. Not bad.”

Great run with the Crimson Tide
Prior to going pro in 2018, Wallace won two national championships as a member of the Alabama Crimson Tide. He ended up on the program’s radar after playing defensive back and wide receiver for Tucson High School
