Condor, the Frankfurt-based airline, will launch daily nonstop service between Frankfurt and Chicago O’Hare on May 14, 2027. It will operate seasonally through Sept. 12, 2027. With the addition of Chicago, Condor will offer nonstop service to Frankfurt from 12 gateways in the US and Canada

The route will be operated with the Airbus A330neo. In Business Class, guests get fully lie-flat seats measuring up to 1.99 meters (6 feet 6 inches), direct aisle access from every seat and “a comprehensive premium service.” Premium Economy offers greater legroom with increased seat pitch and additional amenities
Beginning with the 2027 summer schedule, Condor will operate from Frankfurt Airport’s new Terminal 3. The terminal, said an announcement, offers travelers modern infrastructure, short walking distances, spacious facilities and optimized passenger processes. Transfer passengers in particular, said the announcement, will benefit from efficient connections between long-haul and European flights
