Palm Beach chicken
A Palm Beach-based chicken chain is coming to the Treasure Coast this year. Its rotisserie chicken is basted with a house-made marinade and roasted over Brazilian oakwood. Read the full story
Taco chain
A popular taco and tequila restaurant from Palm Beach County is coming soon to the Treasure Coast. The chain announced it will open its first Treasure Coast restaurant within the next two months. It is described as a casual taco shop featuring Mexican street-style food, fresh juices and cocktails with a laid-back beach bar vibe. Read the full story
Mexiterranean
This Mexican-Mediterranean fusion restaurant will have flatbreads, al pastor meat, and Mexican and Spanish cheeses. They’ll serve lunch and dinner, plus brunch on the weekends. It also promises to sell the county’s most affordable wine imported from Europe and South America. Read the full story

Specialty hot dogs
A 6-year-old hot dog truck-cum-stand has opened its first restaurant. The owner, whose life was forever changed by cancer and the coronavirus pandemic, was known for serving Nathan’s 100% beef hot dogs and made-to-order specialty dogs, including an ahi tuna dog with dragon fruit. Romantic restaurant
A fine dining restaurant with live jazz will reopen Aug. 1 after a renovation to make it even more romantic than it was when they first opened in September. The 70-seat dining room will have privacy curtains, a VIP dining alcove and dark wood floors to absorb sound. Read the full story
