My mom is Madison Brown and she’s the school photographer!
What kind of critter are you, and what makes your breed (or mix) totally pawsome?
I am a torti cat, and like other torti’s, I’m very chatty!
How many candles are on your birthday cake this year — or are you keeping that a secret?
I just turned 3 on May 13. 😀
Where did you find your human, and what made you pick them?
I was found by my dad’s brother under a frat house in Blacksburg (that’s where I get my wild personality). My dad adopted me and took me to live with my canine sister, Neve, in Roanoke. He then met my mom and we moved back to Blacksburg! Our current digs are much nicer than the frat house
How would you describe yourself: a snugglebug, a wild child, or the boss of the house?
I am definitely a snugglebug with a touch of wild child. I love to sit in my dad’s lap when he plays video games on his computer or on my mom’s lap when she sits on the couch. Sometimes I get a sudden burst of energy (typically right when everyone goes to bed) and meow really loud in the living room and zoom up and down the hallways. I like to keep everyone on their toes >:)
What’s your signature move to get attention — puppy eyes, zoomies, or something else?
My signature move is yelling at my dad whenever I want attention, food, or to ride on his shoulders while he walks around the house. He often talks back to me and we meow back and forth until either I stop talking or mom gets annoyed
What’s something you did that left your human totally speechless — good or bad?
Sometimes when I meow too loud or it sounds out of the ordinary, my humans are left speechless. They say it sounds like I’m trying to summon something otherworldly, but I’m just trying to let the birds/creatures outside know what’s up!
What’s your best “I’m too cute to handle” pose for the camera?
I think any pose makes my mom’s heart melt. I like to sit in my cat tree or even on the rug, and she runs over with her phone to take a picture of me. I don’t know how she hasn’t run out of space!!
What’s your relationship status with other animals? BFFs, frenemies, or “it’s complicated”?
I have two canine siblings, Neve and Axel. Neve (white Husky) has been with me since I was a kitten, so I’m partial to her over Axel. Sometimes I swat at her just to annoy her and she chases me around the house, it’s my favorite game. As for Axel … it’s complicated. I tolerate him, but he’s too much. Admittedly, I bully him a lot by swatting him when he walks by me or sitting on his stairs to get into our parents bed to block him … I never said I was innocent!
Do you have any party tricks that wow the crowd?
Everybody loves when my dad and I have our conversations with each other, they say it’s the cutest thing ever!
If you could have a superpower, what would it be?
Definitely talking to humans, I always have something to say even if they don’t wanna hear it!
What’s the best thing about being your human’s sidekick?
All the love they give me, and the amount of cat towers they have around the house!!
