
Victoria’s Secret is giving the City of Angels a whole new meaning
The famed lingerie brand has new plans for its 2026 fashion show, set for this fall. On Thursday, July 16, Victoria’s Secret announced that this year’s runway spectacle with take place in Los Angeles, a big change up from the recent New York-based shows
In a promo video shared to Victoria Secret’s official Instagram page displaying the tops of palm trees and sunshine-filled clouds, the brand wrote: “The wait is over—the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show is back! This year, we’re taking the show on the road to the birthplace of glamour, stardom, and icons….Los Angeles, California. It’s the City of Angels, after all.”
With the show’s move to L.A., where it took place twice before in 2006 and 2007, one can only expect Victoria Secret’s to go bigger (think Vogue World 2025’s studio lot production) with a large-scale production and even bigger A-list names. After all, the City of Angels is full of bright stars

In October 2024 in Brooklyn, the VS show returned after a prolonged hiatus. It set the tone for the merging of the old and new VS eras with veteran angels like Adriana Lima, Behati Prinsloo and Bella and Gigi Hadid, who confirmed her 2026 show return ina video on Instagram, walking the runway with newer industry faces such as Lila Moss, who made her VS debut alongside her famous mother, Kate, and Alex Consani, who made history along with Valentina Sampaio as the first transgender women to walk the coveted show.
The comeback show was also sprinkled with starry performances from Tyla, Blackpink’s Lisa and the one and only Cher. And for the grand finale, OG angel Tyra Banks made a special appearance, closing the show with her signature strut and cape-clad twirls under a flurry of pink confetti

Last year, the VS show returned to New York for a second round of fun with faces like Jasmine Tookes, who proudly showed off her growing baby bump while on the catwalk, and WNBA star Angel Reese, who became the first pro athlete to ever walk the runway. The 2025 show also included energetic performances from model and singer Madison Beer, TWICE, Becky G and Missy Elliott. Like Banks did the previous year, Lima (the brand’s longest running angel) closed the show, dazzling the audience with her black lace lingerie and metallic tinsel angel wings.
