Mo. (Edited News Release/KY3) – The Missouri Department of Mental Health’s Veterans Services Program has launched the Live Life Mission, a statewide wellness campaign designed to help service members, veterans and their families improve overall well-being through daily habits
The campaign is free and available statewide. It targets adults, military-connected youth, service members, veterans and family members, and is designed to allow participants to engage at their own pace
“Many people want to improve their wellness but are not sure where to begin,” said Jon Sabala, Veterans Services director. “The Live Life Mission shows that wellness doesn’t require big changes. By completing one easy activity at a time, people can build healthier habits that improve their quality of life.”
The campaign highlights eight wellness groups, with participants encouraged to add small activities from each group into their daily routine. Participants have access to practical activity suggestions from each wellness group, a printable wellness tracker to monitor progress, and motivational email messages with tips and tools
Participation is free. Residents can sign up and learn more by clicking here
