Houston’s posh River Oaks District, which is owned by local billionaire Tilman Fertitta, has landed another new-to-Texas luxury boutique
This fall, celebrated Colombian fashion designer Silte F140, between the new Chloé boutique, which was announced in June, and A.L.C
This will be the brand’s third standalone U.S. location, adding to stores Coral Gables and Bal Harbour, Florida. However, Sildman, Neiman Marcus and Revolve, among others

The high-end brand is known for offering women’s apparel and accessories based around a philosophy of casual glamour
The Houston boutique will feature pieces personally curated by the designer, including items from her private collection. It also will carry her latest ready-to-wear collections, a selection of Sils created with the Houston client in mind
