Less than a year after returning to stream the Rock League debut, ESPN has been announced as the U.S. rightsholder to both properties owned by The Curling Group, Rock League and the Grand Slam of Curling
The news is sure to delight U.S. fans, who watched in disappointment as ESPN+ abandoned longtime coverage of Canadian curling events back in 2023

Beginning this October, ESPN will become the U.S. streaming home of the Grand Slam of Curling, delivering live coverage from all five events throughout the <a href="https://todaytrendnews7.com/texans-get-awful-season/” title=”Texans get awful season”>season on ESPN+ on the ESPN App
Following its debut showcase this past April, Rock League returns to ESPN+ on the ESPN App in January of 2027
“This agreement with ESPN represents a major milestone in our continued commitment to growing curling in the United States and around the world,” said Nic Sulsky, Co-Founder and CEO of The Curling Group
“By bringing both the Grand Slam of Curling and Rock League to ESPN, we ensure these incredible performances are available to a broader audience.”
The announcement follows last week’s confirmation of Sportsnet and CBC as Canadian linear and streaming broadcast partners
