A new motorsports-themed entertainment venue is set to open in Dallas, introducing a new concept that combines dining, cocktails and racing simulators.
Velocity | Sim Racing Lounge will open this Saturday, July 25, at The Hill, located at 9830 N. Central Expressway, Suite 400, and it will feature not only more than 30 simulators but also a TV wall and a central bar.
Although motorsports and racing are at the heart of the concept, this new venue also emphasizes its culinary offerings.

The menu includes appetizers to share, cuts of meat, tacos, seafood, sandwiches and desserts. There will also be vegetarian options and a full-service bar.
Guests can order warm feta dip, coconut shrimp, Mediterranean Steak Tacos, Angus Flatiron & Frites, and apple turnovers. Or, if they prefer vegetarian options, they can enjoy Cauliflower Wings or Crispy Avocado Tacos.
“Velocity is all about building community through a shared passion for cars and racing,” said Viet Tran, founder of Velocity, in a statement. “The simulators will bring people through the doors, but it’s everything around them that makes them stay.”
This is the second location for Velocity | Sim Racing Lounge. The first opened in Houston in March 2025.

Velocity will be open Monday through Thursday from noon to 11 p.m.; Fridays from noon to midnight; Saturdays from 11 a.m. to midnight; and Sundays from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.
