Dakota Johnson and Role Model are saying the longest goodbye
The Fifty Shades of Greyalum and the “Sally, When the Wine Runs Out” singer broke up less than a year after sparking dating rumors, multipleoutlets reported on Aug. 19
E! News has reached out to reps for Johnson and Role Model (real name Tucker Pillsbury) for comment but hasn’t heard back.
News of the split comes just weeks after Role Model, 29, raved about collaborating with Johnson, 36, on his latest album Chuck Timely & the Hourglass, in which she made a spoken-word cameo on the track “Love I You.”
“I had a lot of names to pick from that,” the musician shared in a Nylon interview published Aug. 4 admitted, explaining how producer Mason Stoops played a role in making it happen. “Dakota came to the studio one day and Mason was like, ‘Why don’t you do it?'”
Though Role Model was initially hesitant—thinking, “Stop! We’re not mixing work and relationships”—he eased up on the idea once he saw the Materialist actress jump on board

“She was like, ‘I’ll do it,’ and stood right up and got in the booth and knocked it out better than we could have imagined,” he remembered. “So I was like, OK, if she’s down—I mean, that’s an amazing cameo.”
The impromptu collab resulted in a flirty exchange during the bridge of the song
“Hey, I think you’re perfect,” Role Model sang, to which Johnson quipped back, “You say that to everyone.”
When he asked if his the compliment was “working,” the Madame Webstar coyly teased, “Yeah, but don’t tell anyone.”

And, indeed, Role Model and Johnson—who previously dated Coldplay frontman Chris Martin for seven years—haven’t been too public about their romance. Apart from confirming her cameo, the “Longest Goodbye” artist has largely kept details about their relationship close to the chest.
“Keeping things about music is what I’ve learned,” he added to Nylon. “Otherwise, the internet just has a field day.”

“I will not take your s–t anymore! I’m done,” she added. “Leave me alone. Let me heal. I can’t protect you from yourself anymore.”
The pair, who share 15-year-old daughter Elektra, tied the knot in June 1999 and have since built a hair salon empire, which they co-own.
“After 10 beautiful years together, we’ve grown in ways that made us realize our relationship feels most natural and strong as a deep friendship and as co-parents,” Muniz and Price wrote in a joint Instagram post July 1. “We share an incredible son who remains the center of our world, and we’re both happier, stronger parents because of the love and growth we’ve shared.”
The two welcomed son Mauz Mosley Muniz in March 2021.
The pair denied cheating was involved, sharing that they remain on good terms. In fact, Bunnie said she and Jelly Roll are “still having a baby” together after embarking on an IVF journey years ago.
“To clarify, Alex and I are currently taking some time apart but there continues to be mutual love, care, and deep respect between us and for our families,” Jaclyn told TMZ in a May statement. “We remain supportive of one another, and there is absolutely no animosity, drama, or negative story here.”
Despite ending their romance the couple’s rep emphasized the remain on “great terms” and are committed to coparenting their sons Sid and Lazlo.
The statement came shortly after Megan accused the NBA star of cheating, writing on her Instagram Story, “Holding you down through all your HORRIBLE mood swings and treatment towards me during your basketball season now you don’t know if you can be ‘monogamous’????”
“Haylie and Matt ended their relationship around the first of the year,” Haylie’s rep told multiple outlets. “She asks for privacy at this time in protection of her young daughters.”
The estranged couple share daughters Ryan, born in 2015, and Lulu, born in 2018.
“After a lot of thought, we’ve made the decision to separate as a couple,” they wrote in a joint statement shared to Instagram April 17. “This hasn’t been an easy decision, but it’s one we’ve made together, with so much love, respect, and care for each other.”
Megan and Sue added, “We’ve shared a whole life over the last decade, through big moments and in quiet ones, and that is something we’ll always carry with us.”
In the filing, David is listed as the plaintiff, filing for a summons and complaint, or instigation of a lawsuit. Sai—mom to London and Rio with David—is listed as the defendant and has yet to address the filing publicly.
Sai joined RHONY in its 2023 recast season and addressed rumors that she “stole” her husband from his previous wife while on the reality show.
“I met David six years after he got a divorce,” Sai said during the ninth episode of season 15. “I have his divorce paperwork.”
“This has not been an easy decision and it comes with a heavy heart,” he told TMZ in a March 19 statement. “I’m grateful for the shared memories and the lessons. “I love my daughters more than anything and I’ve been doing everything I can for them to be with me in the U.S. during the season, but that hasn’t been possible,” Luka said in a statement to ESPN March 10, “so I recently made the tough decision to end my engagement.”
“Everything I do is for my daughters’ happiness,” he continued, “and I will always fight to be with them and give them the best life I can.”
Prior to Luca speaking out, Anamaria filed a legal petition in California seeking child support and attorney’s fees, according to court documents obtained by E! News.
“There wasn’t any rockiness in the lead up, and there was no big argument or blow up,” a rep for Sarah Jane told People in a statement March 9. “It was a mutual decision.”
As such, the former couple, who share daughters Margaret and Aurora are looking ahead at their co-parenting journey.
“They love their girls, and they’re committed to raising their children together in the most loving and positive way,” the rep’s statement added. “It’s still shocking for them since this happened so recently, and they ask for privacy while they sort everything out.”
“After much thought and reflection, Devon and I have decided to end our engagement and move forward on separate paths,” they told People in a statement Feb. 26, five months after Kevin proposed. “This was not an easy decision. We care deeply for one another and will always support each other. We are grateful for the time we shared, but at this point in our lives we believe we are better suited as friends.”
“Alexandra Daddario and Andrew Form have made the decision to end their marriage,” Alexandra’s rep told People in a statement. “The decision was made with love and respect.”
The Percy Jackson actress and A Quiet Place producer—who share a son—will “continue to co-parent their child together and appreciate privacy as they navigate this transition,” according to the rep.
“Cody and I love each other so much,” Mikayla told her fans in a Feb. 12 Instagram video. “We love each other so much—we would do literally anything for each other.”
She didn’t share a reason for the split, saying, “The only people that know why Cody and I made this decision is Cody and I.”
“I think we were just on two different paths right now, and he felt in order for him to grow, he had to be on his own,” she explained. “I respect his decision, and I truly hope that he gets what he wants in life.”
“After nine years together we have decided to end our marriage,” the pair told Out in a statement. “However, our lifelong commitment to co-parenting will forever remain.”
Samira and Lauren share a daughter named George Elizabeth, who was born in April 2021.
“I’ve been quiet about my personal life and wasn’t ready to speak on it until now,” Danielle wrote on Instagram Stories. “We’re stepping away from our relationship with love and respect. There’s no big dramatic reason – sometimes it’s simply not the right forever.”
“I’m not sure what the future holds, but this choice took courage,” she continued. “I would really appreciate privacy and grace for both of us during this time. Thank you for the support.”
