Virtuoso once again brings luxury travel’s most iconic event returns to Las Vegas this August as for its 38th annual Virtuoso Travel Week, often hailed as “the Fashion Week of Luxury Travel.” Taking place August 8-14 across Bellagio Resort & Casino, ARIA Resort & Casino, The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas and Vdara Hotel & Spa, the weeklong event will bring together thousands of travel professionals from over 105 countries. As the leading global network for luxury and experiential travel, Virtuoso continues to shape the future of high-end travel, cementing its influence on a worldwide stage.
This year’s Opening Session will feature keynote speaker Brené Brown, one of the world’s most prominent authorities on leadership, courage, and human connection. Brown is a renowned researcher and author of seven New York Times best-selling books, including “Dare to Lead” and “Atlas of the Heart” and co-host of The Curiosity Shop podcast with Adam Grant. The annual event promises to generate excitement across the industry, spotlighting several high-profile speakers, world-class entertainment, impactful development opportunities and meaningful insights.
New for 2026, all networking appointments will be matched, allowing attendees to submit preferences for the individuals they wish to meet, creating a more streamlined process and greater flexibility to tailor meetings to their business objectives. The new format will enable a clearer focus on preparation, pacing and engagement. The enhancement reflects Virtuoso’s continued investment in creating more effective and productive connections between its travel agency members, advisors and preferred partners.
Virtuoso Gives Back is an all-new, hands-on volunteer experience designed to fit seamlessly into the flow of the week without disrupting appointments. The initiative supports the local community through volunteer-based activities while reflecting Virtuoso’s commitment to global stewardship. Also new this year, Destination & Trend Sessions will explore emerging travel trends and sought-after destinations through moderated discussions informed by the Virtuoso Luxe Report, providing advisors with actionable insights and practical market intelligence.
An attendee favourite, Globetrotting returns on Saturday, August 8, spotlighting Virtuoso’s Communities — adventure, cruise, culinary, family and celebration, ultraluxe travel and wellness. The immersive experience connects advisors and partners with new product offerings, building connections, and uncovering opportunities that support sales growth
The Travel Tech Summit returns for its fifth year, a one-of-a-kind event focused on utilising smart technology to elevate and enhance human connection, rather than replace it. Led by tech entrepreneur, investor and Virtuoso board member Gilad Berenstein, this year’s summit spotlights innovation across the network and the broader travel industry, with a focus on technology that strengthens human connection and elevates the advisor-client relationship
Returning by popular demand, Braindate offers one-on-one or small-group conversations on topics submitted by attendees before and during the event. Held daily August 10-13, the sessions encourage the exchange of ideas, collaborative problem-solving and meaningful networking, providing valuable insights that extend beyond traditional event programming
An Editor’s Lounge will allow attendees to meet the team behind the network’s award-winning Virtuoso, The Magazine, while the event’s dedicated press programme will see attendance by more than 50 journalists from 9 countries and regions around the globe
