Located on Post Road in North Kingstown, the nonprofit wellness center combines fitness, and community outreach, creating a welcoming space for people of all ages and fitness levels
Families will find plenty to enjoy this summer. The center offers Kids Care for children while parents work out. Summer camps keep kids active through games, crafts, themed activities, and creative play, while youth sports performance programs help middle and high school athletes improve strength, speed, and confidence

Adults can choose from strength training, group fitness classes, personal coaching, and open gym access. They feature locker rooms, showers, saunas, massage chairs, and plenty of room to train comfortably
