Cunningham entered Friday’s game averaging 9.7 points, 2.3 rebounds, 1.3 assists and 0.6 steals across 23 appearances. The veteran guard has been especially effective from the perimeter. She entered the Seattle matchup shooting 49 percent from the field and 43.8 percent from 3-point range, making her one of the most efficient outside shooters in the WNBA

Cunningham scored 10 points and recorded a season-high four steals in Indiana’s 88-75 loss to the Golden State Valkyries on Wednesday. She made two 3-pointers in that game, marking the 12th time this season she connected multiple times from beyond the arc. Her best recent performance came against the Las Vegas Aces on July 12. Cunningham scored 20 points in only 23 minutes during Indiana’s dominant 109-75 victory, shooting 7-of-9 from the field and 6-of-7 from 3-point range
