What makes this egg recipe so unique?
Eggs are a superfood, loaded with nutrients and vitamins and they make up part of a balanced diet. Eggs are not just a common man’s favourite but public figures also enjoy their goodness in unique ways. For instance, famous politician Raj Thackeray, founder and president of the Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS), loves making eggs in his own style. According to an interview with Curly Tales, his Scrambled Eggs recipe has been a family favourite, liked by his father Shrikant Thackeray and Bal Thackeray too. In the interview, when asked about his favourite dish to cook, he replied, “Scrambled eggs hota hai, usmein, cream cracker biscuit crush kar ke dalte hain, 2 eggs ke liye 3 cream cracker biscuit, phir usko phet lete hain, aur scrambled egg ko thoda sa geel rakhte hain.” “Wo bahut kamal ka lagta hai,” he added. How to make Raj Thackeray-style Scrambled Egg
Ingredients:4 large eggs, 2 tablespoons butter, 2 tablespoons milk, salt to taste, pepper to taste, 2 tbsp coriander leaves, and 6 cream cracker biscuitsMethod: First, crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk until the yolks and whites are fully combined. Also, add crushed cream cracker biscuits and milk. Combine well. Heat a non-stick pan over low to medium-low heat and melt the butter without letting it brown. Now, pour the beaten eggs into the pan and let them sit for a few seconds. Gently stir the eggs from the edges toward the center, creating soft, creamy curds. Cook for 2-3 minutes, ensuring the eggs don’t dry out and remain slightly glossy. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper just before serving, garnsh with coriander leaves and serve hot with buttered toast.
