PEORIA (25News Now) – A health and wellness expo for seniors on Thursday educated the aging public, but also provided entertainment
The New Millennium Institute and Peoria’s Hult Health Center hosted the Senior Living Re provide wellness re Health

New Millennium Institute Founder and CEO James Bryson said it’s important to provide seniors with re
“Just because you’re a senior doesn’t mean that you can’t do things that are fun anymore,” he said. “To see these seniors, most in their 70s and some older, getting up and dancing, twisting, and engaging the audience, that was really vitalizing to everyone.”
Bryson said the event had a great turnout and he hopes to hold another expo sometime in the future
