Created by Teresa Raffo and Chris Hougie, the team behind the popular Mendocino Grove glamping resort, the 40-suite property sits on 11 oceanfront acres just six miles north of the village of Mendocino. Mendocino Cove features 40 suites spread across two buildings, Cypress and Vista Cove, each offering a modern coastal aesthetic with warm wood finishes, natural textures, fireplaces, soaking tubs, and private verandas overlooking the gardens or coastline
Wellness is a major focus throughout the property. Guests can unwind in the Nordic-inspired spa, complete with a hot tub, dry sauna, and cold pour, or book massage treatments after a day outdoors. The resort also includes a meditation labyrinth nestled among the redwoods, communal fire pits, lawn games, and easy access to nearby hiking trails
One of the property’s standout features is its eight professional pickleball courts. The courts will host open play, lessons, clinics, retreats, and social events for players of all skill levels, making the resort an appealing destination for travelers who want to combine wellness with recreation
