Food Bank of Northern Indiana announces August distribution sites

The Food Bank of Northern Indiana has announced its August food distribution events to keep families fed this summer
Below is a list of distribution sites:
St. Joseph County
August 5 – Walnut Grove
- 2717 Woodmere Lane
- 11 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
- 250 households will be served
August 28 – Former South Bend Kroger
- 4526 West Western Avenue
- 10 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.
- 150 households will be served
Marshall County
August 7 – Bourbon Helping Hands
- 204 North Washington Street
- 10 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.
- 150 households will be served
Elkhart County
August 10 – Elkhart County WIC Office
- 1400 Hudson Street
- 2 p.m. – 4 p.m.
- 200 households will be fed
August 21 – New Paris Missionary Church
- 67621 IN-15
- 10 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.
- 150 households will be fed
LaPorte County
August 12 – Last Resort Campground
- 4707 West 1300 South
- 10 a.m. – Noon Central
- 100 households will be fed
Starke County
August 14 – Starke County Fairgrounds
- 400 Division Street
- 10 a.m. – Noon Central
- 150 households will be fed
Kosciusko County
August 19 – First Baptist Church
- 206 Oak Street
- 10 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.
- 150 households will be fed
All distributions will have pre-boxed or pre-bagged food and will be distributed on a first come, first served basis, while supplies last
Distribution sites will be drive-thru only. One box or bag will be given out per household
