Fitness Factory will open two new locations in New Jersey at 301 N. Harrison St. in Princeton and 2101 Route 35 in Holmdel, according to the company’s website, which lists both sites as “coming soon.”
The expansion adds to the fitness club’s existing footprint of 16 New Jersey locations in Franklin Park, Holmdel, Somerset, Plainfield, Elizabeth, New Providence, Newark, Jersey City, Hoboken, West New York, Edgewater, Phillipsburg, Rockaway, Palisades Park, Flanders and Teaneck. The company also operates two locations in New York City
Fitness Factory emphasizes personal training through functional training stations that allow trainers and clients to perform varied workouts for all fitness levels. The stations combine traditional bodyweight training with functional strength training exercises

The clubs feature certified trainers, open-space layouts that allow movement between training stations, and support through the Trainerize App. Members also have access to InBody scale body composition analysis and nutrition support
