The Dallas Cowboys will hold Cowboys Carne Asada for the second time on Saturday, Sept. 19, at AT&T Stadium, an event featuring music and food as part of Hispanic Heritage Month.
The event will run from 2 to 10 p.m. at Miller LiteHouse, the outdoor space next to the stadium in Arlington. The celebration will take place one day before the Cowboys’ first home game of the 2026 season
Cowboys Carne Asada debuted in 2025 and will return this year with eight hours of activities and a musical lineup headlined by Dareyes de la Sierra.

Other performers include Cornelio Vega, 3BallMTY, La Reunión Norteña, Ray Burger and DJ Avi Glow.
Several food trucks will be on site selling food and drinks. Food is not included with the purchase of a ticket, although some vendors could offer free samples. The list of vendors is not yet available
Tickets for Cowboys Carne Asada cost $25 and can be purchased on the team’s website. Attendees aged 2 and older are required to have a ticket.
In 2025, Cowboys Carne Asada was held after the Cowboys’ first home game, and anyone who attended the game could attend the event. This year, the event will take place one day before the game and will be open to anyone with a ticket.

The event is part of the Cowboys’ activities for Hispanic Heritage Month, which is celebrated in the United States from Sept. 15 to Oct. 15.
On Sunday, Sept. 20, the Cowboys will host the Washington Commanders at AT&T Stadium. The game, scheduled for 3:25 p.m., will be Dallas’ first home game of the 2026 season.
