Twenty-four Arkansas Tech University faculty and staff members have been accepted into the Leadership Tech professional development program for the 2026-27 academic year
The following individuals, listed alphabetically with the area of the university in which they work, constitute Leadership Tech’s eighth cohort:

Leadership Tech was founded in 2016. The mission of the program is “to develop and enhance the leadership knowledge, skills and abilities of all individuals as well as the collective leadership capacity of the university in order to achieve unparalleled excellence in serving our students, community supporters and institutional family.”
The eighth cohort of Leadership Tech will be guided through its experience by a team that includes Dr. Sheila R. Jacobs, ATU-Ozark Campus chancellor; Pam Cooper, ATU executive director of development; and Daniel Smith, ATU-Ozark vice chancellor for administration and finance
Four graduates of Leadership Tech — Jessica Crabaugh, Alina House, Dr. Bethany Swindell and Dr. Jason Warnick — have stepped forward to serve as facilitators for cohort eight
