“We try not to ever fall asleep mad at each other,” says Barker, 50. “[We] try to resolve, even if it’s just like, ‘Hey, I thought you were going to meet me for lunch, and you didn’t text me back right away, so I didn’t know if we were meeting for lunch.'”
He adds, “Even if it’s just as simple as, like, ‘Oh babe, I take accountability. I’m sorry. I didn’t see your text right away.’ Just resolving anything so you don’t go to bed not feeling connected is really important.”

At the same time, Barker notes the significance of taking space when you need it
After years of friendship, Barker and Kardashian, now 47, started dating and were engaged in 2021. The couple had three weddings: Their Las Vegas nuptials took place in April 2022 without an official marriage license. They later got legally married in Santa Barbara ahead of an extravagant wedding ceremony in Italy on May 22, 2022
