Tickets are $29 and include one-time entry over the run of the show to all seven homes at Serres Farms in Oregon City plus 15 additional homes in the Portland area and Cannon Beach
The self-paced tour allows people interested in buying or remodeling a home to study clever storage solutions, linger in an inviting backyard with a low-maintenance landscape, and find localld plunges
It’s also enjoyable to wander through the properties that reflect the work of designers, builders and landscapers. One visitor, who came for the workout the stairs provided, calculated that touring all 22 homes would mean walking through 50,000 square feet of living space

The multimillion-dollar new homes along Kaylyn Drive, the main street on the 2026 Street of Dreams, have views of sunsets and vistas of Happy Valley to downtown Portland and the Coast Range
Expansive great rooms have vaulted ceilings and slide-away glass walls to outdoor living spaces with a kitchen, bar and fireplace. Patio and deck furnishings reflect the top quality of the homes’ interiors
The kitchens and butler’s pantries provide plenty of specialty storage to maximize efficiency, protect contents and match the cook’s workflow. Most of the islands are 10 feet or longer
Primary bedroom suites on the main level include a serene sleeping area, a bathroom with a large wet room and soaking tub, a wardrobe room and a laundry room

Icon Construction’s Fridhem, which means “peaceful home,” reflects Scandinaod, natural stone, plaster walls and layered texture throughout the 5,356-square-foot house sets a calm environment
Vaulted ceilings and glass walls draw in natural light and long sightlines provide a sense of peace and spaciousness which also developed the Serres Farms neighborhood
There are four bedrooms and five bathrooms
The lower floor, reached by stairs or an elevator, is a wellness area with a massage space, Chillpod cold plunge and sauna
The home sits elevated to capture the views, with two staircases leading to the front door and terrace. A long fire-pit planter spans the width of the terrace
The Summit by DEZ Development

DEZ Development’s 4,212-square-foot modern lodge house called The Summithas fire-pit seating in the front and a vaulted covered outdoor living room with a fireplace and built-in grill in the back
A large mailbox embedded into a brick exterior wall is at the front door to receive packages as large as USPS will deliver
The chef’s kitchen has professional-grade gas appliances, an oversized island, butler’s pantry and illuminated glass wine display

The Atelier by Designer Built Homes

Devin Dougherty, owner ofDesigner Built Homes, designed and built a 3,875-square-foot modern-organic styled house named the Atelier to reflect its craftsmanship and carefully considered details
She designed the white oak stairs at the entrance to be wider at the base. Home shoppers said they could use the tiered space for plants or leave it as it is. Real estate broker Eileen Hutchinson, who has listed the house, envisioned a family posing at the lower steps in annual photos
The open kitchen features a 5-foot-long workstation sink with two faucets, allowing home cooks to work side-by-side. Cutting boards can cover the sink to create additional serving space for a casual taco bar or party charcuterie spread

Women builders are breaking new ground at the 50th NW Natural Street of Dreams
Tour seven custom homes at Serres Farms plus 15 more across Portland, Lake Oswego and Cannon Beach. Tickets are $29 for entry to all properties during the month-long event
A putting green is incorporated into the lawn, and a barrel sauna sits just beyond the sliding glass doors in the primary suite. Tranquil water features in the front and back yards can be heard by people sitting at the dining table or the patio couch

A 3,000-square-foot terrace — styled like a rooftop lounge — more than doubles the home’s 2,850-square-foot interior space. Tour goers take exterior stairs from the courtyard outside the front door to the terrace

The End Game by Secor Homes

Friends and family can gather around the 11-foot-long island in the open kitchen, on the covered patio or in the detached tasting room with a speakeasy wine cellar
Among the 4,821 square feet of living space are five bedrooms and five bathrooms
The primary suite on the main level has a vaulted ceiling, a walk-in closet and spa-inspired bathroom with a freestanding soaking tub, curbless double shower and dual vanities. There is also an in-suite washer and dryer
