She offers a variety of services including energy tune-ups, chakra balancing, spiritual mentorship and more
She also hosts group wellness sessions and teams with others to host free monthly community meditations to help people reduce stress and find balance

“It’s just bringing love to the community is really everything. It’s just that so we can have that, just the feeling of love from the inside. When we have that on the inside, everything outside of us just works magically in amazing ways,” said Mona Lee, Beautiful Mind.
Wednesday evening wellness sessions are offered throughout the month, and the free Wake Up Myrtle Beach Community Meditation takes place on the first Sunday of each month at Grand Park lake in the Market Common
