Architectural Digest reported when Segel bought the property that the house had “retained much of its original character,” but that major updates had been made, including a home gym and an updated chef’s kitchen
The house includes a pool and a raised spa as well as a detached two-car garage
Whether Jackman is seeing this as a home to live in with Foster after a possible wedding will remain to be seen, but that’s what people are expecting considering the two have been official for over a year and seem to be pretty solid. Jackman’s divorce from Furness was pretty messy, but it seems that things are in a good place again these days
A June 12 report from Globe said Jackman now has nothing but praise for his ex. “He keeps talking about what a great wife she was and the incredible job she did raising their kids,” they revealed. “Hugh’s got her up on a pedestal again.”

The report indicates that Jackman’s shift came after months of “soul searching,” where the actor realized “he could have handled things better.”
