The NBA Summer League has already been exciting because of the rookies standing out. However, it made huge headlines when former Miami Heat teammates Bam Adebayo and Tyler Herro were involved in an incident that saw the former punch the latter
It was reminiscent of what happened with the Golden State Warriors a few years ago when Draymond Green was caught on camera punching Jordan Poole. Now, it has led to some backlash from Green, as he has called out Udonis Haslem for being the duo’s veteran for a long time

When the footage of Green’s punch went viral, Haslem was one of the most outspoken people who reacted to it. For the longest time, Haslem was known as the most reliable veteran in the league for the Heat
That made him a respected figure around the league and a veteran who is always a person who can be relied upon. However, that left a bad impression on Green, who is also considered a good veteran, but that was ruined after the punch

Green himself went off on Haslem, citing that Adebayo and Herro were players who learned from the longtime Heat leader. Unfortunately for Green, Haslem has responded in kind with a pointed reply to both Green and Jimmy Butler
“Ion really vibe you and I think you know that so unless it’s me on prime talking hoops I won’t mention you at all. You brought me into this and I am retired and out the way. I suggest you keep it pushing cause I ain’t giving out no more hall passes bra,” Haslem said to end his five-paragraph response to Green
It was an amazing response because he not only defended his former coaches and teammates, but he also pointed out some of Green’s problems. He even pointed out Butler, who is now Green’s teammate, who also had a lot of questionable moments throughout his career
