The McLean County Emergency Management Agency says drivers should avoid traveling until the roads are cleared. With so much water, the road beneath deteriorates, which can cause more damage to the road and cars if driven through

The agency also says that 5,200 homes are still without power, but 80% of those are expected to have power by 6 p.m
