Anthropic is in talks to acquire Israeli AI startup Decart for $6 billion, Bloomberg reported on Wednesday, in what could become one of the largest acquisitions of an Israeli technology company. The talks may not result in a deal, according to the report, and neither company commented

Decart develops AI models capable of generating interactive video in real time at scale, as well as proprietary technology designed to optimize the use of graphics processing units (GPUs), the high-powered chips widely used to train and run AI models
The company has raised about $450 million to date, including $300 million in a funding round announced in May that valued it at $4 billion. It was founded by Unit 8200veterans Dr. Dean Leitersdorf, who serves as CEO, and Moshe Shalev, the company’s chief product officer.
