Since appearing on MTV UK’s The Valleys in 2012 at age 19 and Big Brother U.K. in 2016 at age 23, Grace has attained over 960,000 followers on Instagram
Now 33, she told the TV show that decades of public scrutiny led her to have numerous cosmetic procedures including six Brazilian butt lifts (BBL) — something she regrets
“I was constantly chasing perfection, but perfection doesn’t exist,” Grace said in the clip

“It’s actually so sad that I’ve had to put my body through that because of reckless decisions I made when I was younger,” she added in the footage
“I wish to God now that I could go back and just speak to myself as an 18-year-old and be like ‘you were perfect, just stay as you are.’ “

In Oct. 2025, the mother of three opened up about being bombarded with “vile comments” about her appearance
“Lately, I’ve had horrible comments online about my body, and sometimes they do really get to me,” she told her Instagram followers. “Social media can be such a toxic place. It just shocks me how men who know nothing about me can openly tear down a mom’s body.”

“A body that’s grown life, carried a baby, and gone through postpartum. The lack of compassion is just disgusting,” she continued. “I won’t pretend it doesn’t hurt because it does. I’ve learned to take that negativity and turn it into fuel.”

Grace also spoke candidly about wanting to reduce her BBLs in a social media post earlier this year
“It’s something l’ve wanted for a long time. I was told by doctors before that it couldn’t be done, but l’ve finally found an amazing clinic in London that can help me,” she said in February, per The Sunnewspaper
“I won’t lie, going down this route again is hard, especially after trying everything to slim down naturally and seeing my hips just not budge. It’s really been getting me down.”
