Zen Principle Moringa Capsules
Recall publish date: July 19
Relay Peak Research LLC voluntarily recalled its Zen Principle branded Moringa Capsules, a dietary supplement, due to potential salmonella contamination, the FDA reported.
The product was sold nationwide between December 2025 and July 2026 through Amazon.com and the company website.

Midwest Poultry Services, L.P. eggs
Recall publish date: July 22
Midwest Poultry Services, L.P. voluntarily recalled over 19 million white and brown cage free shell eggs produced in Texas because of salmonella concerns.
The eggs were produced and distributed under various brands from Texas farms to Kroger stores between June 6 and July 3, 2026, in Texas and Louisiana, the FDA reported.

Taylor Farms lettuce

On July 17, Taylor Farms initiated a recall of all its iceberg lettuceion into an multi-state outbreak of cyclospora infections. The recall included lettuce sold under the Marketside brand at Walmart and distributed in 27 states, including Texas. Cases were also linked to Taco Bell restaurants in nine states.
The FDA identifies 98 hospitalizations associated with this recall, which is ongoing after a Taylor Farms report saying the FDA had previously identified a false positive testing for the parasite. The FDA’s most recent count confirms 1,947 illnesses, with none reported in Texas.
Zapp’s and Dirty Chips

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration upgradeda May recallof some Zapp’s and Dirty chips to the highest-risk category due to ongoing salmonella concerns linked to the dry milk powder contained in the product.
Recalled product: Utz Zapp’s and Dirty chips in various flavors sold nationwide at various retail outlets.
Khong Guan Corp./Glutinous Rice Balls
Recall publish date: Ju;y 13 and July 15.
U.S.-based Khong Guan Corp. recalled certain lots of Glutinous Rice Balls with Black Sesame Filling because they may contain an undeclared peanut allergen, according to the FDA.
The initial recall identified packages sold in Texas, New Jersey, California and Hawaii, and an updated report on July 15 expanded the recall to include products distributed to Colorado, Arizona, Nevada, Washington and Oregon
The product was sold in Texas and eight other states between June 2, 2026, and July 8, 2026.
Recalled product: Glutinous Rice Balls with Black Sesame Filling in 14.1-ounce flexible plastic bags.
