SAN ANTONIO – Uniqlo is planning a new store build-out at North Star Mall in San Antonio, according to a project filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation
The filing lists the project as “Uniqlo North Star Mall” at 7400 San Pedro, San Antonio, TX 78216, in Bexar County. The work is described as a renovation/alteration with an estimated cost of $2.3 million
Construction is scheduled to start March 22, 2027, with completion listed for July 9, 2027. The scope of work includes interior tenant improvements, new interior non-bearing partitions, new restrooms, and new finishes and flooring. The project covers 16,011 square feet
