Several people reported on social media that they saw Weird Al Yankovic at Hersheypark on Thursday, a day before his show at the Giant Center next door
Yankovic is scheduled to bring his “Bigger & Weirder Tour” to the Giant Center for a concert today, Friday
He’s known for parodying pop music songs, such as “Amish Paradise,” “Eat It,” “White & Nerdy” and “Party in the CIA,” as well as some originals. He embraces his “weird” persona with accordions and polka, too

People at Hersheypark yesterday posted pictures of Yankovic on rides, including the Cupfusion, the antique cars and around the bumper cars
Yankovic was wearing a fedora, with his trademark long, curly hair sticking out, and colorful shirt. He seemed welcoming of some attention, prompting comments on Facebook:
- “He looks like a tour guide on a jungle cruise ride.”
- “It’s cool that he doesn’t even try to blend in public. He must truly love his fans!”
- “Omg we thought it was just a lookalike. He came up the back way with an entourage.”
- “I saw him ride the Antique Cars, he even stopped to get a picture with a fan.”
- “I actually saw him perform live at in the old amphitheater (where Twisted Gravity is now) when I was in high school.”
- “I met him once. The sweetest guy ever!”
