The Houston company behind 1-star Michelin restaurant BCN Taste and Tradition is expanding into Dallas with a Spanish fine-dining restaurant called Masía
Masía will occupy a 75-year-old home in Uptown Dallas remodeled to feel like a Spanish farmhouse, according to a news release, “where generations have cultivated the land, cooked with what the surroundings provide and welcomed everyone to the table.” BCN in Houston is in an old home, and it, too, serves Catalan food

It isn’t clear yet which dishes will be on Masía’s menu. The Houston team hired Spanish chef Lenin Busquet, who has worked in Madrid, Mexico City and Lima. Busquet was head chef at Annua in Spain when it earned two Michelin stars. Annua is now closed
Here’s what we know about Masía: It’ll use Texas ingredients in its fine-dining Spanish food. “We aim to create a dining experience that reflects who we are, where we come from and why Spain has one of the world’s most celebrated gastronomic cultures,” Busquet said in a statement
In addition to the refined BCN, this Houston company owns a bold tapas restaurant called MAD.
Masía is expected to open at 2530 Fairmount St., Dallas, in late 2026 or early 2027
