As the second Kimpton hotel in Shanghai, the property is located in Fengxian, a livable eco-district in South Shanghai, surrounded by expansive woodlands and lush urban greenery. This latest addition to the Kimpton brand features 229 guestrooms and suites, including courtyard pool rooms, family-oriented accommodations, and pet-friendly amenities. At the heart of Kimpton Nine Trees lies the three on-site food and beverage options available to guests, including two on-site restaurants, SOLA & LUNA and SONG, as well as one on-site cocktail bar, ECHO. The architecture was intentionally designed as a horizontal resort-style layout—rare for Shanghai—creating a sense of openness and warmth.
