Admission and Commencement of Dealings
Technology Minerals PlcTM1, the UK listed company focused on building national resource and manufacturing resilience, is pleased to announce that Admission of the Ordinary Shares, the Placing Shares and the Settlement Shares to the Equity Shares (Transition) category of the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority and to trading on the Main Market for listed securities of the London Stock Exchange plc has become effective and that dealings for normal settlement will commence at 8.00 a.m. today.
Total Voting Rights
Following Admission, the Company has 12,495,477,697 ordinary shares of £0.0005 each in issue. The Company holds no shares in treasury
Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 12,495,477,697. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA’s Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules
